Die with Embossing

Speedy Die Makers provides the best Die with an embossing (Online dies). These dies are manufactured using two different parts: Male & Female. The female part is made up of metal and screwed in the wooden part, whereas the male part is made up of Nylon rubber mounted on the machine chest area with cutting and crossing blades. Based on our previous experiences, we use accurate crease height according to the duplex GSM sheet. Because of this, whenever you punch dies in the machine, you likely get 100% accuracy and efficiency. Materials used: IMP18 mm wooden Ply, CitoRubber, IMP cut-crease, IMP female metal block, Japanese Male Polysense for long-time production.
